The website's milestones are bugged ?

After reaching 10 referrals I reached the first milestone and I saw the bar reach it but after I've gotten to 20, the bar stopped at 75% of the second milestone (it hasn't moved since I've achieved 15)

Did this happen to anyone else ?

yes. but it's not a bug. the bar represents the total referrals, not just your personal ones. at least I think so.
