The Vicky2 convention thread

King said there would be no DD this week, but to keep an eye on the games sites for any possible info. So there could be an interview with him or something like that. It's still worth having this thread I think, I'd be surprised if theres absolutely no mention of Vicky2 this week.

I could be interviewed at some point this week. There also going to be presentations and probably interviews with Johan and Besuchov (the producer of Victoria 2) as well

I wonder what exactly does the producer of a game do? Surely as CEO, Fredrik is the producer?

The producer organises the day to day running of the project.

Who is this Besuchov you speak of? Never heard that name before...

Besuchov has been with Paradox for ages, as programmer on many games, and lead programmer for games like Eu3, Rome, HoI3 etc.

He is now the producer for Victoria, while Doomdark is the producer for the expansions..

I'm in charge of internal development studio, and King does core work of the design for the games.
