I couldn't find a "Strange Screenshots" thread on the EU:Rome forums, so here goes...


I can understand if Macedonia is a little paranoid, they have had two civil wars within the first 15 years of the game...

They are furthermore in a alliance with Sparta who also pays them a tribute, and their goal is still to conquer them

The above screenshot is almost certainly a bug. I assume that the rebel faction won the civil war? Remember that factions in a civil war always seem to be threatened by each other, so it probably just doesn't erase it properly when the rebels become the country. I've also seen a rebel ruler become the ruler of the primary country, except that the game didn't recognize his title. He was a king without a title. And his wife became a former consort. Go figure.

haha, that's hilarious.

btw--there should be a rule that every VV player try out Macedonia. I'm playing them now and they're a real blast. A lot of room for expansion, but there are strong enemies, too.

Good thing kids usually don't get missions - it would be embarrassing if the 8 year old god "Death of Rival" and killed off the 50 year old.
