My manpower has been going up recently, the sudden drop is because a new infantry division is under construction.

Our focus on the southern area of the Soviet front has resulted in both victory and defeat. We must not allow ourselves to become drunk on our wave of victories and develop a deluded hope of inevitable victory against the Soviets.
British Troops Overwhelmed by Soviet Forces
The Soviets greatly outnumber us and as we march deeper into their territory our smaller armies will begin to feel the effect of being spread so thinly, we must take every precaution to ensure we are not advancing to our certain defeat. Soviet command must be shocked by the success of our advance [and our victories in europe] but they must realize the sheer size of their nation and armies....perhaps they are allowing us to come to them? If our armies were to be encircled and defeated...an Allied victory would swiftly become a Communist triumph.
Our navy continues to protect Britain from foreign threats, we are still creating additional submarines to enhance the strength of our fleet. In addition we are focusing greatly on technological advancement, our increasingly healthy financial situation ensures our research teams are well funded and soon we will be able to restart diplomatic negotiations with other nations and perhaps add them to the Allies. Albania and China will be our primary targets. A report is being made for the future to update you to our technological advancement and as tot he current state of the world.

ehh ever thought about downsizing/converting some of your garnison divisions to manpower or move them - if not locked - movable troops gain experience and can be used more places - jow many years have they just been standing there? - some must be itching to do some shooting - sorry if this has been mentioned before - as i said - i am currently on page 11...

Those garrison troops havee crossed my mind....they are border line useless. Hmm disbanding them is a thought.

I see your transportcapacity is rather highly in the red - if you wont disband the garrisontroops in the uk and they cant be relocated to say behind the front in russia and fight partisans and there to some good - if they cannot be moved - are locked to the province - disband them - they use supplies, TC and thier manpower can be used to build a little mobile defense force in the uk AND there may be manpower left to repair other units...

I think you are right, those garrison divisions are doing nothing. I kept them to defend britain as i figured i would need everything i had and more to survive, With the excellent success i have had in Europe combined with my submarine fleet causing great damage to the worlds navies there is no real need for those garrisons anymore. Freeing up supplies would be excellent.

I must say i have been greatly impressed by the French/Yugoslav armies, their steamrolling of Bulgaria and Romania was very impressive. Also the fact Yugoslavia held on at the same time i did against big odds is nice too.
