The plan was simple - we needed to capture Zanzibar first, for it was the strongest defence point of Oman, then we could go for the CoT itself and eventually annex the country.

Wow! Great Job Avocado! You started with one small island and have conquered the entire Muslim world in less than 7 decades. Simply Amazing. So what now? The Knights have fulfilled the purpose for which they were created. Where do they go from here? Stamp out Eastern Orthodoxy? Wipe out the Protestant heresy? Convert all pagan nations?

I'll try to get ya more political maps, right now the situation looks as follows - all European/Middle East muslim countries + Sicily (Sicily and Messina) - Kouban (in hands of Genoan allies) - Lipetsk (in hands of Brandenburg) are under Knights' control. There are still three more muslim countries - Mughal Empire, Hyderabad and Mysore - unfortunatelly unknown right now, and since The Knights have no exploreres of any kind it will be difficult for a while to get to them.
I'm a bit pissed that earlier in the game i was not thinking about potential necessity to take over these countries ... otherwise i would have build some colony in India (possibly of Ceylon) or in Indonesia, and in The New World - Santee should do, and in Africa - say Fernando Po - to be able to move my ships around the globe without having them suffer high attrition.
To be precise the expedition to the Cap - Table and Kangoo - to take Turkish tranding posts there cost me some 10 ships out of 20 sent ...
The same earlier when taking over Zanzibar.
I kinda simply forgot about it and now the possibility of going after England (already protestant or soon to turn protestant or reformed) has decreased remarkably.
Anyway - i've actually already played some 15 more years
which have brought even more astonishing results - even for me - but now i see how important it is to have great monarch and leaders, even one does a great job most of the time. Note that monarchs of The Knights are all over 7/7/7 for the first 100 years or so, with La Vallete being 9/9/9 !!!

Anyway - i've actually already played some 15 more years
which have brought even more astonishing results - even for me - but now i see how important it is to have great monarch and leaders, even one does a great job most of the time. Note that monarchs of The Knights are all over 7/7/7 for the first 100 years or so, with La Vallete being 9/9/9 !!!I'll try to post the next part within two days.

You could do like we do in the Italy AAR and buy explorers and conquistadors for 250d each by using the Event 58 & 59 cheat codes and then editing the save game files to subtract the cash. Its not really cheating if you consider that historically many of the European nations gained their explorers by paying for them.
Well, that's a solution, but i actually don't care to do this right now I'd rather steal some maps from protestant england or some other country, which would be as bold as to declare on me.
Remember that after all these annexations my BadBoy value has supressed 100 or at least is pretty close to it So any war declaration or independence declaration can trigger world war

Initially The Council argued that it might have been more appealing to strengthen our presence in the newly acquired lands, in particular in Greece and in the region of Volga, due to a number of pointless upheavals in these regions. Yet La Vallete's sight was far more reaching. Additionally he also oredered to start building means of sea transport all over mediterranean provinces.
Historicians did not doubt at that time that the world was to see another great campaign as soon as these troops were ready. And the goal of the new campaign was also clear for most of them - The Traitors within the Holy Church ! As you remember already in 1530s a number of monarchs have converted their countries to what they called in their misled minds - Protestants, deeming their own nations to eternal oblivion !

In Anno Domini 1558 England, thinking that The Knights, after extreemly heavy war against all the heathen hordes would not intervene attacked our breathens of Scotland. The situation was tense, for an alliance of England, Danmark, Sweden and Russia has been by that time firmly established and in full swing.
Nevertheless La Vallete decided to use our Moroccan Army, and our expeditionary forces landed both in Ireland and Wales in the late 1558. At the same time our fairly weak regiment, outnumbered 3:1 was to face the orthodox armies on the eastern front.
The war against Britons was an easy and fast one - within a few months all the provinces i Europe have been captured and we were ready to annex the whole country as soon as their american possesions have been taken over, what happened a few months later. At the same time La Vallete decided that we were to occupy them as long as possible, so as to keep Scots and rebels under control on the Isles.
On the eastern front we were to fight not only combined Russian-Danish-Swedish forces, which outnumbered us 5:1 already, but also we had to face a new danger Brandenburg, which controlled Lipetsk, allied with Hansa and Saxony declared within a few days after the outbreak of Great Northen War.
Anno Domini 1559 started with Poland declaring on us. The same has been followed Venice, allied with Papal States, now apparently controlled by some treaterous villains, and Portugal, a country of very disturbing contacts with the heathens in the past, allied with France.
Portugal has been conquered pretty soon, and their allies of France have been bribed out, for their forces, amounting 200k men were at that time not in our reach. Yet it took us some three more years to take over all Portuguese oversea possesions, including Brasil, some provinces on african coast, Goa and Bali.
As far as Venice and Papal States are concerned, we let our allies of Austria and Genoa do their job fighting out enemies troops, while we took our time to take over control of their provinces in the region. All in all the war was going on pretty fast and we soon found ourselves controlling Rome and Venice.
At the same time heavy winter prooved disastrous for Swedish, Danish and Russian forces on the Eastern Front - they countless maneouvers and unsuccessful sieges, combined with our constant reinforcements have soon led to our gaining the initiative and as soon as in summer of 1559 we started to siege and assault further and further Russian provinces.
On the Central front our troops led by mighty La Vallete have set on victorious march through Poland, taking over every single province in swift assaults.
By 1562 we have already annexed Russia and started our march further west taking over the whole Scandinavia and Teutons, who have just started to beg us for mercy. In the meantime the peace with Brandenburg and their allies of Hansa and Saxony has been signed as soon as our troops controlling Poland have noticed some six 50k men each armies stationing on their territories. Some would agrue that La Vallete started to fear the enemies after he has seen white skuls on the Polish-Brandenburg borders, but this seems to have been clearly thought up !
In that year The Knights have also liberated the True Pope and allowed him back to his Holy Chambers in Rome, during the incorporation process of Venice and Papal States. Right after the Papal States have been annexed Parma, allied with Tuscany declared war on us and have been punished immediatelly, the same had to happen to Naples, allied with Scotland who did the same pretty soon afterwrds. At the same time both Sweden, Teutons, England and Portugal have been already incorporated and Danmark occupied.
The last acts of the war have taken place in Poland in 1564 when their government collapsed leaving them with Masovia and Dobrudza, which was closely followed by Czechs' declaration of war and swift annexation of that little country. At that time Danmark has been annexed giving us beloved peace !
