I love playing as the UK but this focus kills my desire to play as communist or fascist. Devs could make it so for every dominion you want to keep, you have to sacrifice manpower, political power, small arms, or make it a percentage chance based on diplomacy. Almost anything is preferable to the current method.

It's just such a slog having to pull up the spreadsheet and figure out how many divisions to send to each country and put them on the correct territories. If a division doesn't have enough manpower, you have to go find another unit to put there. India is the most annoying country to do this with. It's a 20+ minute investment that isn't at all fun and stops all gameplay.

Please please please change this! Thank you

I agree, however, for most parts its preferable to let India go free, so you can conquer them for the sweet sweet manpower bonus you gain from that.

Completely agree. I honestly don't understand how this focus made it into the final version of the DLC, especially with how well designed the British tree is as a whole. You need to know in advance how much manpower you need in which country or it's impossible to succeed since you don't have enough time to move divisions across the ocean. You must not edit your original infantry template if you want to fulfil the manpower requirements efficiently. You have to pause the game for like 20 minutes, constantly switching between looking at the requirements, looking up regions in the search bar, and manually moving the required amount of manpower there.

It just makes the focus extremely tedious to the point where it drains the fun of an otherwise pretty cool path. And being a guaranteed restart for your first run.

Please change it to "have at least 1 division on each victory point" and write that into the focus description so you can prepare in advance.

Honestly I hope they go back and find a way to make the path more synergistic with the Together for Victory Trees. Each dominion should be forced to choose to align with the new power, grow radicalized in a different direction (Communist instead of fascist) or align themselves with a democratic faction. The battle for a crumbling British empire could be a fun alt history scenario instead of just a roadbump for an alt-history UK to have to cross over.
