The Two Sicilies

Between 1816 and the end of the game, instead of the two sicilies there is naples that also has sicily as part of their territory, that naples should be changed to the two sicilies and there should be a decision to form the two sicilies if you are sicily or naples and rule the island of sicily and the territory of naples in 1444.

They reluctantly added Florence (and made Tuscany a formable I believe) due to popular demand, I seriously doubt they will add the Two Sicilies aswell. They didn't want to because Florence/Tuscany was such a minor thing, and the Two Sicilies is even more so.
