People keep flipping between Victoria 3 and EU: Rome 2. But the answer is so obvious, esp. when considering that the hints tease at both. It is because it is both!

Just like how EU: Rome was a spin-off of EU, this game will be a spin-off of Victoria. It will be titled Victoria: SPQR. Done. Solved it. I'll be expecting praise when this gets confirmed at PDX-Con.

It'd never handle it, just in the mechanical problems a game like that would have, trying to simulate all the different eras. Not to mention all the dead character bloat.
