I could not see Cassander's other trait in the video but I could see a , which is how I know he has more traits. All major diadochi have a blood trait which is inherited by their Children and probably shared with their family members.

I have seen higher than 11. If a character have high attribute to begin with and get traits that add even more to it, the attribute can reach a very high level.

As far as I know there is no maximum. Maybe maximum base is 10 but traits will allow you to past it.

Exactly, to me it should be something like Ptolemaic Blood, I suppose Ptolemy Soter was more important than his father
