Inns are very beneficial. They help organize your heroes into parties of four, and provide a place of refuge for those who are are hurt. Also, how to you delete an inn?

I thought the OP's intention was to make this thread a "virtual inn" of sorts, where Majesty players could gather up and share stories about their gaming experiences, and asked the mods to delete the thread if they don't think it's appropriate for the forum. Or maybe I misinterpreted him.

Oh!! I get it. Okay, here's mine. My favorite adventure in the first campaign is when, in the last level, I defeated the Baron of Logic with three lords. I got a level 23 priestess of Agrela, a level 30 Paladin, and a level 26 Archer of Helia. I had to rebuild my computer so I have to start form scratch.

I haven´t beaten such final campaign, it was just annoying to have the balrog destroying buildings whenever he wanted to , so, i haven´t really tried to beat it.

So this is a thread to post your greatest game achievements?
I have no objection except maybe to subtitle it as such.

not really, it´s for talking about whatever you like it has happened playing on Majesty. Anecdotes.

One stupid thing that happened to me in the last mission of Kingmaker is that my castle was destroyed by the goblins just because i forgot to build two guard towers in two sides of the castle, it would have cost less than 700 gold... the towers keeps enemies entertained a little while heroes called to defend the castle come.

You need to use the Crown of Ardania if he attacks your settlement. Choose the crown, then click on the ground somewhere far from your buildings. The barlog will immediately head over to fight the spirit king and ignore everything else.

Also, don't build any guardhouses or dwarf towers in this mission. They will start shooting at the demon if he wanders too close, drawing his attention and getting destroyed in a couple of hits. Having to constantly replace the towers becomes too costly; better to have your heroes defend the settlement and gain experience in the process - they're usually smart enough to run away from the demon.

Anyone ever wonder what that little sign on the roof of the lvl1 maerket place says?

How about how many rungs are on the ladder of the magic bazaar(pretty sure that's how it's spelt)?

or have you ever tryed to think of a reason why a clerics hair color seems to change as they level up?

For some reason that is the kind of questions i think of while playing majesty 2....

I knew of the use of the crown but... it was annoying anyway, maybe i´ll give it a try. There was a funny bug with it, along with some others to kill the demon but i think they were corrected with last patch.

One thing that is said in clerics description is that they have shaved head... while they actually, don´t, only in Majesty 1 but they aren´t called clerics there and they do have a knife to attack...., i realized that a copuple days ago.

i´ll look onto the other questions you asked...

In the age of the first majesty, there were a series of tales called "the 1001 Ardanian Nights". and the fanfic community started out from there.

This place is as good as any for its rebirth I suppose. Although you might need some energetic young people to form its core.

Was that hero worth 24 HP?

Here's another one. I was playing the third mission of the Kingmaker campaign. I had hired a ranger. The ranger explored into the elementals on the the holy ground down to the south (I hadn't put an explore flag). The elementals hadn't noticed him. What does he do?? He attacks BOTH elementals!! He inflicted 24 Hp of damage total. Then the elementals notice him. One shoots one fire ball at him. He dies.
The End:eek:

Part 2

Following up from my last post it turns out it is not the end! I resurrect the ranger. He leveled up 3 times and then. Guess what he did?? He attacked the Elementals again. And died again. I guess heroes don't learn from their mistakes!

lol, there should be some AI trigger wich should make rangers or any other low leveled idiot not to disturb such monsters as those and sleeping ogres, for example.

There was a retarded level 5 warrior who wasted all his potions and revived it 2 times disturbing an sleeping ogre, not dealing even 50hp of damage. If you could rename heroes that one would have a nice new name. He kept enjoying flying. Most of the times i tend to think they are masochists.

And what about the wig upgrades of clerics as they level up?¿, as Jah mentioned lol.

I agree! There really should be a patch that includes this, even though I don't really mind resurrecting rangers. To answer the wig question, I always thought clerics were weird in the retrospect! Do any of the priestesses have wig problems too?

EDIT: WOOHOO, my 100th post!!!

Another odd thing is the Paladins! I raised two in the second mission of kingmaker. Sometime in the twenties they switched from swords to hammers. Why? I liked them with swords!
