Yes. Most major active mods have a presence there (e.g. my mods and ExNihils are entirely hosted there, MEM, Alpha Ash, NSC and STNH have 'outposts'), so you can find quite a lot of mods and discuss them, as well as people being around to answer all manner of modding questions.

@Caligula Caesar We're science enclaves. Just with better starbase defences so some random Leviathan or Marauder doesn't take us out for s**** and giggles.
