So: I went to war with another empire and its vassal. I was trying to vassalize the master.
The vassal had three Star Fortresses on my border that I burned through most of a fleet reducing. Once I cracked through them though, I was able to run through and start occupying tons of systems.
But then during the course of the war, the master integrated the vassal...and the Star Fortresses were all restored to control of the master. I had to crunch through them AGAIN to get my fleets out.
This seems like an oversight, right? Occupied systems shouldn't get de-occupied by integration.
