Spiffing achievement, being the dominant power on the continent can never be a failure (well maybe if your playing as a released Australia then that isn't an achievement, but that doesn't apply to you).

How did you have that many RP allways? Did you promote like 20% to clergymen in the early game?
Searry: No, it's just that I had a rather small national population (only South Andean POPs, which start off being only 33-50% of Bolivia's population) and ended up promoting almost all of them to clerks. Once I got Darwinism, the RPs just started rolling in.
