Ok, that helps alot. Everything that can be researched is, and I have a reserve army of about 36 divisions, in cue. My navy is in port and my airforce is grounded since there is no one to oppose me. In regards to the resource problem, its not a problem, I believe I have oil and supplies in the millions.
And I have been trying to repair my infrastructure in the territories that were nuked, so that should help. I am full left, central, standing, hawk, interventionist, and authoritarian. I don't remember the ministers exactly, but I believe I have Speer as armnaments minister, and some "Werner" as minister of security. I had Jodl and Braustich in command of the armies, but I think I have to change that to Guderian for the manpower boost, and Witzleben for his defense bonus.
At the moment I have to do something to reverse the manpower situation, otherwise everything else wont even matter. Also, the partisan problem is attrocious in N. America. But at the moment I have a large Soviet Army bottled up in the Yucatan, so I can't send more units to put down the revolts. And its going to get worse, as I think the airdrop into the Caucusus is my best offensive option at the moment, and my 3 remaining paras are in N.America on anti-partisan duty.
Since winter is approaching he may decide to hold off his offensive, especially if he has a break away republic in the Caucusus, being aided by Spain. It would also provide a great base for my strat bombers to reek havoc on his interior. And another idea is maybe launching an amphibious invasion of the Ottomans, slipping my fleet into the Black Sea and gutting Asia Minor, since most if not all their divisions are in Hungary. And Italy should be able to walk into Istanbul. I can use my reserve army in cue to reduce the effect on TC and stabalize the situation in Hungary.
As soon as we play again I will let everyone know what happened, in the mean time anymore advice or comments would be appreciated. And you mentioned creating new leaders, how can I do that in the game?
