A man's tale - Wayne Kojima
Wayne "Mars" Kojima is one of the most well-know generals of SCUA.
When the Japanese Revolution occured, political immigrants poured from everywhere, mainly Ireland, Philippines, Modern FKBF* areas, Australia, Dutch East Indies and ASR**. Kojima's mother was Australian. She moved to SCUA when Kojima was five years old. Kojima was a sporty and stubborn child. After completing the Compulsory Studies Kojima first studied in Edo Military Acatemy and later in Kyoto Military Acatemy.
Kojima was a quickly-learning, talented student who had a great intrest in military history. Kojima was a very large, hairy man, brutish, occasionaly impulsive, perhaps even violent young man who was almost completely diffrent from the other students, both physicaly and mentaly. He "did not bother" following the ancient japanese traditions that most of the japanese still sticked. During command excercises he roared the orders with a deep bass voice that later became alcohol burnt, making it even more fearsome. Even if his teachers didn't expect much, Kojima was the best student of his class.
He quickly climbed up ranks in the military, thanks to his boldness, talent and training and in the eve of the First War in the Pacific, Kojima was trusted the I Taiwan Garrison/II PAJ. During the Taiwan Mutinity, Kojima skillfully crushed the rebels. His leaders were so impressed that he was ordered to crush the Borneo revolters, which he did with great skill.
In Second War in the Pacific he was the leader of the Sumatra Invasion which was highly succesfull.
Kojima's strength, boldness, 'warlikeness' and succes gave him the nickname "Mars", refering to the ancient god of war.
