Hello, Seljuk are doing very well (Seem a miracle, maybe because Abbasid was very weakened by myself and they was on hard trouble with much front to fight). On their starting they took a duke on de jure Persia owned by an useless zoroastrian dynasty losing almost no troops, converted to zoroastrian then they decided to invade the duchy on north-west India, because why not and then they faced west using their destiny manifesto cb for Persia on Abbasid empire. The situation is the one on screenshoot. they have 67k+ troops (and probably they will have more when the vassals will be converted...) while I've barely 55k troops.

Here the Map. On Arabia there's the Useless Shia Caliphate who is the only shia country. on Abyssinia's territory there's a little part owned by abbasid empire and then the 1 muslim duchy (the orange-brown that has a separate exclave on the coast) and two Miaphysite kingdom, ony is Abyssinia and the other is Berbera, which has also some couties on Oman and part of Arabian Peninsula. In this game Charlemagne died very soon so the situation on North Europe is a mess by the start of the game. French is almost disappeared and Aquitane (which is my ally but I helped him only once on an useless war which gave him only 1 county so those good boy is doing all by himself) is kicking ass. On West africa Mali became orthodox thank to a my court chaplain and conquered territory until Marrakech and became feudal. But west african paganism survive on the berber tribal county of Canarias, where everyone let them be. they are ruled by the same dynasty by almost the start of the game(by 782) which get in power through a peasant uprising but I think they have a shortage of female woman. now this dynasty has only 2 member in live, the unmarried 69 year's old ruler and his son, the heir, unmarried and with 29 years.

Anyway, Have you any suggestion or trips to survive in case Seljuk attack? What will be their future targets on your opinion? And, if they attack on Steppes which on my opinions are sacrificables territory, should I attack them with my all forces to at least reduce their event troops considering that my troops will regenerate while their not or should I just give up to preserve troops ? (Steppes give me very little troops and monies, so I don't think will be a big hit lose it. I've a lot of vassal merchant republic to earn money. Steppes have 1 max 2 holdings and are constantly raided ( I give up to defend them , they are useless territory and if I kill a raider other 100 come the next day.) so they are totally useless.

Secure your territory. Get the rest of Armenia and Palestine from the Abbasids. Maybe grab a few duchies from Italy. You should have more than 55k, maybe your vassals are unhappy. Make them happier.

You also have lots of gold, you can use mercs against the Seljuks. Also, they won't get powerful if you don't give them anything to munch on. Grab Mesopotamia, there's lots of wealth there. If they can't get that, they won't stand a chance against you.

Also, it's amazing that the Seljuks showed up. They never show up.

You are probably safe. Like other said, save money for mercs/holy orders/retinues and you will be fine. In the case he attacks let him siege down some counties. When he splits his troops attack!
But best defense is offense! When he is in another war or rebellion go for the kill. They have mostly event troops so the don't reinforced. When you are able to crush his stacks you won.

I conquered Armenia from Abbassid, gaining a coalition against me composed by 57 countries and gaining almost no more troops. Meanwhile Seljuk are invading Baluchistan who's owned by the Shia caliphate. But Abbassid launched a Jhiad against Seljiuk for Persia. I hope well.

How many troops does Seljuk have compared to you right now?
Now I've 72k troops while they have 62k. Their invasion of Baluchistan is going on by 10 years (Mostly because AI is stupid) and is almost done while the Sunni jhiad is going on by 7 years and Seljuk once was at 10% now are at 0%. of warscore.(Seljiuk are idiots but I think they'll win the Jhiad. They have a lot more troops). Possible that, in one of the few games where Seljuk appeared, they have to be so retarded ?.
Now I attacked Abbasid to gain more territory on Syria, I think that I'm pretty safe at moment. (I even gained all western arabia thank to the husband of the empress which died and got succed by my current ruler, her son, which is sayyd and has pretty good statistics, even thank to time on mercenary band which is pretty OP )
