The screenshots show GBR as only the second most powerful GP in 1836. Which could be #1?

The number in the top left most probably shows the country ranking in the world, but most surprisingly Great Britain seems to not be the most powerful great power in 1836. Similarily, Qing China is ranked 77 and the Ottoman Empire is at rank 8. Which might be the most powerful great power in 1836? Could it be USA, even before it has industrialized? In Victoria 2 they are #6 in 1836, and France, Prussia and Russia are #2, #3 and #4 respectively.

GBR starts as #1. Either something off in that build or they fiddled around before screenshotting
