The Americans are probably confused now whether to congratulate China on taking out the most un-liberal regime, or whether to condemn the growth of Chinese imperialism. The latter will be hard to do since the Koreans were the once who used nukes first.

Wow, looks like you underestimated them a little. If i were you i would have mounted countless soldiers and rolled over them before they could nuke me for second time

EDIT: Lol, when i think about it. I don't think i appreciated it if they had nuked or nuded me at all

Well, you could say Ermac was "nuded" by the North Korean AI.

The only mistake he really made was underestimating the quality of the North Korean troops.

Sorry to say that, but you suck at planing...

First error, Why didn't you use your Navy to help in the manoveurs?
Second error, why didn't you use *all* your air force, from the beggining?
Third error, why didn't you such a small army?

Thanks for being a dick.
First of all when your enemy has 48 full strength divisions sitting in mountains with a river in front of them on the entire northern border even with a larger force i doubt the outcome would have been any different.

Naval bombardment only works on provinces with beaches and North Korea only has one. 60% of the airforce was more then enough to gain air dominance. I like to use this new-fangled thing called tactics instead of shear numbers!

Now I will admit I made a mistake when I forgot they might nuke me but I stand by my choices.

Is that a part of MDS mod?

I'm playing vanilla Armageddon, and shore bombardment is working for provinces without beaches just as well as for provinces with beaches.

Though now I have a question - are Russian nukes now permanently activated, or they are disabled again once the war against North Korea is over? Beware now, because the Russians might start nuking whoever you declare war on.

Sweet AAR, good to see someone following through with an MDS2 aar. Theres a pretty good UK one developing as well. The NK invasion was indeed an entertaining read. Hopefully we'll see more to come, who's next, Vietnam? Screw it take all of SE Asia.

this kind of attack is an attack that would only work if you had shear numbers of a *great* tecnological edge...

You had none, now if you simply did support attack from the Andog and just attack in the middle and airdroped in their back in Hambung, you would make a pocket of 17 divisions in the East, after that you could make a two way attack towards Sinuiju from Hyesan and Andog, having local superiority, something you never had...

Now, this is tactics...

Dude, he makes the AAR, it`s he`s choice, now if you want to inform him that he could have done better, infrom nicely, don`t just smack it on he`s face.

i dont think theres any need for name calling or abuse on either side. i think there was a bit of overreaction to people pointing out tactical errors, but on the other hand it is his aar, and if you dont like it dont read it. (i realise i also voiced my opinion on the attack, but attempted to be diplomatic. probly didnt work :)

and errr, romanius has a point - sorry but in the screenshots of the first attack you have 766 ic, and after the nukings you have 670ish if i remember. looks to be a fair plunge if you ask me.

There is a slight chance that has something to do with an obscure part of the game mechanics called "dissent".
