Most of the Northern Strike option (Jap vs Russia in WW2) is contributed and not by me. I just edited the events a bit.
Yes, there are peace negotiations.
Other than that, the majority of content for Japan will not be in 1.04 due to the aforementioned event freeze as I have not written them yet.
