Because this is a Chinese MOD,The first step in our plan is translate the provincenames into English provinces, then the others ,so it is impossible to be completed soon

Hi, I am the lead modder of the Die Weisse Rose, you may encounter me already in baidu.
Actually, the early version(maybe 1.00) of the Die Weisse Rose contain some English text( actually i am planning for a release on paradox forum), as both DWR and Red Dawn shares many common features and files, I am wondering if we can work together to translate some files into English.
I am looking forward to a grand release of the mod.
