Not sure if it's a bug or not, but when I use a vassal's reconquest CB, all my vassal's cores cost diplo points except the one for which I declared the war. This can be a major problem with vassals such as Persia. If this is a bug, can I expect it to be fixed in 1.13?
The Reconquest CB makes only the wargoal province free to take

Quick question about using a vassals Reconquest CB, is this currently bugged to give normal AE or is it WAD or am I imagining it? In my current game I vassalized England and copped a lot of AE with Europe for returning its cores from Cornwall.
Also while we are on the subject another question, Whilst playing the ottomans, i noticed, if I reconquest one of the beylik minors, who is allied to another and I co beliggernt them. If I seperate peace out the war junior member, and take my cores I take full AE. If I take the cores from the warleader off the Junior member I take low reconquest AE is this also WAD?
If needed I can try and post a screenshot of the vassal reconquest thing tonight when I get home, as for the ottoman one well that is easy to replicate/test.
