The Railroad Gamelan

I just had about 30 railroads built by my capitalists and completed within a month of one another.

That meant that every day, the "hammer-and-tongs" railroad building sound played. And it started again every day, while the sound was still playing from the preceing day. There was a chorus of railroad sounds all over Russia.
