The province file

I was working on the province.csv file, and noticed a few oddities that I haven't run across before.

1) What is the Trading Post Negotiation Value?
2) What are all of those -1's at the end (some aren't -1)?
3) What do pashas and sizemodifier do, if anything?

some are pretty self-explanatory, yes, but others are little more cryptic.

Pashas do nothing. It had to do with the Ottomans in the board game I believe.

Size modifier is supposed to change how long it takes to enter a province. I don't know if it is implemented or not.

That reminds me havard, what's the difference between tax = and income = in the scenario definition files? Thanks for the answers.
