Infantry currently take extra damage on the move, simulating soldier being more exposed while moving. An exception being that an infantry squad fallback back seems to gain defensive bonus.

The problem is Incendiary follows the same rule. If you have a squad in DOT but not currently suppressed, you will gain extra damage trying to get out of the DOT.

This make incendiary damage a lot more powerful than it should be, since infantry would often get caught in the situation where it will get wiped if it stay in the flame and get wiped if it try to move out of the flame.

Infantry moving in flame should not take extra damage.

Same with Vehicles... instead of moving out of the flame they panic and move over the flames and explode.

I am not sure if its intended for a napalm plane to kill vehicles easier than a bomber.

Anyway the move penalty is bad, punishing manoeuvring, assault and retreating if you are not pinned down.

It should be really reduced/removed and applied only when infantry is taking a concentrated fire, with more effects the closer is the range from the firing units.

Or like we have in Gronank mod, give us the possibility to make non pinned unit fall back when they are engaged/under fire... instead of waiting them to be completely pinned and getting casualties then to even be able to run away to save their lives.
