The Prison architect doesn't start [Epic]

I downloaded the Prison Architect from Epic Games Store and it doesn't start. The launcher opens, then I click play and the launcher closes. The game does not start from Explorer. I reinstalled the game, Paradox Launcher and epic games store. Updated visual c++, NET Framework and graphics card drivers 2 months ago. How to fix it?

And run the x86 and x64 installers there.


IF that doesn't help, Please attach here the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Yes, I have updated visual c++

The log file stops very early, failing to connect with Epic is some way. You might need to reinstall Epic itself, failing that please contact their support.
