"The Princess is in this Castle" becoming Impossible?

i dont get this achievement.

i had a female heir, then I built a castle in the capital, and it didnt fire.

after a while i got another female heir while having a castle in the capital, and it didnt fire again.

no, i did not have female heir in the beginning.

guys, what is wrong with these all achievement things, they should not be complex and buggy as it is now.

Breaking news: Princess in the castle works perfectly.

Just had it fire yesterday in 1.12 for me.

Addendum: nothing needed, just a female heir I had as Brandenburg in Berlin (level 3 fort - default size upon start).

It also didn't work for me, i played with Austria, had Maria Theresa as heir. Did they patch it or what?

Got this achievement by the event with a birth of a female heir. Works great.
