After reading through the bill carefully I am sorry to say I can't back it. It seems to kill enterprising, and turn us right back to the monopolies where medium sized industries can't compete with the industries owned by the criminal robber barons.

How would it kill enterprising, Mr. Nightmore? It would undoubtedly not turn us right back to the monopolies, even if that wasn't impossible now due to the Harrison Act.

Only the larger industries would be able to afford it. Thus small and mediums sized businesses would go bankrupt.

- How often are the elections?

I rule that the Fair Pay Act violates the 5th Amendment to the Constitution which states that "no person may be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". Thus the Fair Pay Act will not go to congress unless this ruling is superseded by future justices or electoral action.
