I cannot stand idly by while the Republican Party gets slandered into the ground by the winners of this election. Congratulations on winning the elections, but you do not have to kick a dog when it is already down, that is just degrading and detestable.
As for this Second Bill of Rights, it will never get through the entire ratification process, there will be too much opposition against it, be it in the House, the Senate or all the State Legislatures, there will be enough voices that will not get this passed. Even if every new amendment gets broken up into separate proposals, it is still too controversial to pass them through. None of the proposed amendments will ever get past the States. ((And to be honest, even though women's suffrage is the most likely to actually get through, we are still in a male dominated mindset in the US. Mostly because of changes in work and lifestyle of the Progressive age did women suffrage movements become stronger; so wait until after BBB's character gets a shot at the Presidency

))
When we look at the Bill of Rights, it was needed to get the Constitution amended at all. If there weren't any promises made that the eventually 10 amendments from the Bill of Rights would be proposed and ratified, most states would not have voted in favor, and our glorious nation would not have even existed. To further iterate on the Constitution, one of the most important amendments is number X or 10. I quote: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The States have the final say if Amendments get ratified, and none of the proposed 6 will ever be ratified by the necessary 75% of all States.
Now, I am not here to criticize the actual proposal, I just want to let you know that you will get a lot more done if you focus energy, legislation and government towards different goals.
