Either they misunderstood, or there's just one big campaign planned - which would be a shame, I found that they could've added 1 or 2 other starting points for CK...

One big campaign starting in 1066. They did not really announce it that way but it appeared very likely to me (i am using conditional tense in this sentence ).

Same as CK: You play as a Christian Count, Duke or King. Let's hope that they'll really introduce pagans and muslims as playable factions (as well as non-monarchies, though it might be even trickier) in the future developments of the game.

Again, they clearly stated the game was about Christian monarchies.

Though no badboy seems surprising. I wonder how they'll manage the blobbing. I suppose every DOW will cause a loyalty test - or a loyalty drop - for the vassals, with a far bigger drop without a valid casus belli.

From what I have understood, you will have to get some proper justification before you go to war if you don't want your relations with other characters to drop.

Looks tricky to do, but should be a great fun. Possibly like some unofficial alliance between the crusaders?

They said this part was still in very early stage so not much precisions for now.

I can understand having only christians as playable (possibly leaving muslims, etc for a much wanted expansion). Inheritance, etc worked a lot differently in the muslim world (among other things due to the simple fact that there would be a lot more children to each ruler).

All else sounds very nice I could never get into the first CK (I didn't try it until after I'd gotten used to clauswitz) but I always liked the idea and hoped to be able to be able to join in if a sequel using clauswitz was made...
