Since we decided that it would make the most sense for China to be the agressor, it would be best for the "historical" version to have China lose. I really doubt that anyone would seriously get mad over this, but whatever.
However, I think our tweaking should be designed for China to win about 40% of the time on normal settings after a long, bloody war. It's more interesting for the USA to win since China just needs to defend to win.
Again, if you want us to take your input seriously, I suggest:
1) Keep it small, we don't want the idea to tear apart the whole structure.
2) Post your critism, the reasoning behind it(!!), and a better way to do it (!!!) that keeps #1 in mind/
3) Take balance and playability in mind. A solution may be more realistic, but if it screws up the balance or makes the mod less fun to play it's heading for the recycle bin.
