The please give Arumba a job Paradox thread

The Dev team tends to pay attention to what The Youtubers/Streamers(Arumba, Shenryrr, Quill18 etc.) are saying regarding the game and what they'd like to see added or changed, they've even been invited to PDX HQ before plus Arumba has a family so it's unlikely that he'd be willing to move half way around the world. I didn't read most of the thread because I'm time Constrained at the moment but this is the best answer I can give.

No thanks. Paradox is known to hire people who have made a substantial impact to one of their games (Wiz with EU:Rome modding, DDRJake was essentially QAing for EU4 long before he got a job with them for that position). Arumba is great at community building, but cannot really do that as a community manager. He has some minor suggestions to UI improvement, but does very limiting modding to that effect.

TLDR: Arumba is great as as entertainer, not so much for game quality enhancements outside of some minor QoL changes.

Arumba would make a great UI QA, but I strongly suspect he's happy with his current career.
