The Pheasant Strut achievement question

I realize this is a stupid question before I ask it, but for the purposes of The Pheasant Strut achievement, does Ducal Prussia count as Prussia in the requirements for the achievement? Thank you for your help in advance.

I realize this is a stupid question before I ask it, but for the purposes of The Pheasant Strut achievement, does Ducal Prussia count as Prussia in the requirements for the achievement? Thank you for your help in advance.

Ducal Prussia is a name change for the Danzig tag via the event "The Peace of Thorn" but for the purpose of achievements the tag is still Danzig so it unfortunately won't work with the Pheasant Strut achievement.
