Keep in mind that Theodore Roosevelt was a very princibled man. The reason he never ran for his second term, was because he felt he had already held two terms (due to McKinelys assassination) and wanted to hold true to the American tradition. Though I do believe he later regreted that decision greatly. Great AAR C.V.!

Sorry to say this, but it ain't so. Socialism = anti-military, true, but anti-military does not equal lower Military spending, just lower Defence spending. This will slow down their manpower and leadership gain (slightly), but otherwise have no effect.C.V. If you find Japanese ships wandering around at 10% strength, it's because the AI is careless, not because the Japanese are anti-military.
