The Paradox User Research team is looking for EU4 players to interview!
Some of you might remember that we sent out a survey to EU4 fans back in 2020. After the survey results were summarized, the dev team requested that we’d do more in-depth interviews about what players enjoy about Europa Universalis IV and what they can do to improve the game.
Therefore, we are looking for 8 to 12 people to be interviewed to find out more! Interviews will be conducted remotely, in English, from Stockholm and we will do our best to accommodate for any time differences when scheduling a time for you.
We are looking to start the interviews next week, so make sure to let us know this week if you are interested!
Here are some details about the study:
When will this take place?
- Interviews will be held between February 22nd-26th
- One interview session would be 2 hours
What do I get from participating in the study?
- All participants who are selected for the study will be compensated with a Steam game key for a Paradox game or DLC.
What do I need to have or do to participate?
- A reliable internet connection
- A laptop or stationary computer
- A web camera and a microphone
- A Parsec account (instructions how to set one up will be sent out, don’t worry!)
- Before participating in the interview, you will also need to sign an NDA (again, this will be sent out once you’ve been scheduled)
How can I sign up?
Write that you’d be interested in helping out in this forum thread, and we’ll reach out with a short survey and scheduling preferences if you fit our profile.
And if you aren’t chosen, it is not about your talent as a player - more likely it is about us being able to schedule you and manage the amount of participants in a way that works for us!
