I got it once I figured out the title was an anagram of the mission title, and I used my trusty interenet anagram solver.spl said:

there are definatly clues...you can still see the papal state under the message box and an eye looks like an arrow to one of his provinces. I'm new to this whole mission thing so i have no guess....
