At least I noticed that I could release the Netherlands...
I'm pretty sure Liege and Hainaut should be in the Netherlands provinces. As should Luxembourg.

Maybe it doesn't but still.
In RL Calais was an "international city" with a flemish minority so you could have anexed that province too.
I would draw the red line between Milky-way and some neighbour galaxy.

Don't remember about the army limit, something a bit over 20. My current army is 14,000.
No Nassau either, but a strange Netherlands it would be.
I normally go for Calais, Artois, Picardie, Vlaanderen, Hainaut, Brabant, Liège, Luxembrug, Breda, Zeeland, Holland, Utrecht, Gelre, Friesland, Vallencienes, Limburg, Cambray & Antwerpen. As they all had something to do with it.

The map looks good. A minor remark: it is the one for IN, since in HttT certain provinces got a reworking.
