The only achievement for random setup?

In the Achievement page of the wiki it says

One allows Custom Setup or Random Setup modes

and it seems 'Absolutely' is the one.

Possible to achieve in Custom Setup and Random Setup nation modes.

But I opened a Random Setup game with Normal difficulty and Dynamic random nations but the achievement screen ingame still says

Nations custom setup option cannot be set to Random Setup

Is the info on wiki outdated or is there some specific setup option that I missed?

Really looked forward to a random setup game with the ability to unlock achievement, but 100% absolutism is definitely something you must intentionally aim for to achieve, so just wanna make sure if it's possible before starting the game. Thanks in advance

Also another question, with the 'Ideas Guy' achievement, I made a custom nation in Taiwan Island with a immortal ruler (immortal alone cost 800 points so I added some bad traits and bad heir and uses very weak ideas) and the total development was 3, points used was 799, and I clicked the red exclaimation mark next to ironman mode to enable it for achievement, and it does says I am able to get achievements. But after I go into the game, the achivement management window doesn't have Ideas Guy there... Is it because of the immortal trait?

I think I found the answer for my second question, it's because the development shown before the game is different with the actual development ingame, and Taiwan was like 13 or something, so I'm gonna try some real 3-dev province and see if it pops up

Lesser Namaqualand is a good spot. I used it with my imortal ruler when doing this achievement. Exploration to get SE Asia and get control over Zanzibar.
