And to my sub: Beware the handful of loans coming due in a couple of years, rebuild the army and navy, try to keep inflation down (difficult after those two requirements), and avoid wars unless you somehow get an uber-general and an uber-admiral, and can catch one of your neighbours off-guard (in short, avoid wars).

- On another note I'll be about 1/2hour late today. I have to work a bit later so that means traffic will be heavier. Last week the lights were out on a 3 mile stretch and it took me nearly 2 hours to get home.

For this session, we'll be using Anton's generator again. Hopefully Shig will have something worked out by tomorrow.
Everybody gets 2 generals and 1 admiral minimum, 5 generals and 3 admirals maximum and 3 generals and two admirals on average. The player with the Triumph the session before gains 1 point to the average. This should produce a noticeable but not prohibitive bonus. Luck still plays the major role.
Drake and I will each gain that bonus for the past two sessions, so tonight will be a good test.
Be here at 4:30 Pacific, as usual. Anybody not here will probably be AI'd, as we're looking for two subs and one short-term sub.

9 ari!! now,u think i ve moved forward ari??ari is good early,but 9 is too much imho.I got a lot of random here (+1 ari is better than lose other stability),and for my part maybe i ve forward ari just 1 time,in my dp choice
4 centr : i always go centralization,and also here are those shit of randoms
3 inno : watch above (i ve had so many problems in stability that i was forced choose for it)
6 merc : cant remember if i choose +1 merc,or was a random,but probably this last
10 in quality and quantity (moving of dp and a couple of istructors)
3 serf : also here was random,even coz go serf so early isnt a good choice imho
so,even if i choosed (as u said ) twice for lag,where the fuck i screwed all other dp?we should ve used dp at least 9 times

Ditto that for the crazy Byzantine "Emperor." Go on more Taxi runs, please.
On a more serious note:
Last night showed exactly why it makes no sense to always have a leader with a stat of 5.5 to 6 for each nation. Then the only differencing issue becomes who has the best (or only) second leader, assuming they have an army sizeable enough to do something. I would have used my leader to take on Carthage if they had not been AI, just for something to do; I hate fighting in snow climates, so I'm not gonna invade Norway just yet.
