Attention everyone!
Seeing as how this mod will probably be in development for quite some time, I've decided that I might release battle scenarios every so often, just so you guys don't get bored. So, my question to you is, do you think it's a good idea or should I just focus on the main scenario instead?

Technology finished for now...
Going to work on units now and after that I will finally start making events.
Might change the map a bit, as well as all the province values and perhaps maybe even make some changes to the other map modes ( such as regions map mode? )

I speak only for me, but I'd say just concentrate on the your full mod. Unless the battle scenarios are individual pieces of the puzzle and will be incorporated into the Mod. I'd hate for you to get side-tracked is that's not the case.

Thing is, I'm only focusing on the main scenario right now, so, only when I'm absolutely certain that I'll release a battle scenario I'll post screenshots about it.
But yes, to answer your original question, it's too early right now.
Just a observation: Brazil wasn't a colony of Portugal, we were a united Kingdom, so what about rename Portugal to "Lusitan United Kingdom" or "The United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and Algarves" (otl name) or just UKPBA
In 1815, the Portuguese crown prince Dom João (later Dom João VI), acting as regent, created the United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Algarves., which raised the status of Brazil from colony to kingdom. Before that, Brazil was a colony of the Portuguese Empire and seeing as how Brazil did declare war on Portugal in 1822 and lost, I can't see why they wouldn't make it a colony again.
So, any reason why it should be a "United Kingdom" instead of a colony?
Also, thank you for bringing this up, I probably would not have known that from 1815 to 1822 Portugal was the United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Algarves otherwise.

Our population had already passed the Portuguese one, also it was the "rebel" prince Dom Pedro I of Brazil who decided to rebel against Portugal, by making Brazil a colony againt would turn the country into a administrative hell and also this would substantially increase the partisan activity and reduce the overhall income of the area
Sorry for the double post ( deleted the last one ), but wouldn't Portugal be able to handle Brazil ( at least to some extent ), I mean it's not like the people of Brazil would be eternally rebelling against Portugal?
In other words, I think that it should be possible for Portugal to either keep Brazil as a colony, make it a dominion or for Brazil to start a war for independence against Portugal ( there are other options of course, I just won't list them all )
Edit: I will consider your idea, Gukpa, but I don't know if Portugal would just accept a white peace after Brazil tried to secede from it in 1822.

What about portugal splitting Brazil? In the north they can create the confederation of the equator (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confederation_of_the_Equator), so it would be the united Kingdom of Portugal, brazil, Equator and Algarves
Okay, so here's how I think the Portuguese Empire would be consisted : It will still be named the Portuguese Empire? , but it will be consisted of: The Kingdom of Portugal in union with the Kingdom of Algarves and Galicia, The Kingdom of Brazil ( union with the Kingdom of Uruguay ), The United Portuguese African States and the Portuguese colonies of Macao, Goa and East Timor. The Empire will be ruled from Lisbon under a strong central leadership ( for now ). I might change the name of Portugal in the future, I'm still thinking about that.
They will also have cores on all these lands.
That is all about Portugal for now... I think.
Edit: About the Confederation of the Equator, I don't think it would exist if Portugal defeated Brazil and it never achieved independence.
Ok, Pretty good for me, but Portugal shouldn't have cores in Africa, they only accepted Angola and Mozambique as integral portuguese provinces in the 1950s
Okay, well I think I'll let them keep the cores in Africa since in this timeline their African colonies have been merged into the United Portuguese African States.
Oh, and if you have any other ideas about Portugal/Brazil or any other country, I'd be very glad if you told me what they are.( I especially need information on ministers ( other than Head of States ) )

You can form the German Empire as any of the following countries : Kingdom of Prussia, Kingdom of Hanover, Kingdom of Bavaria, Kingdom of Westphalia, Grand Duchy of Baden, Kingdom of Wurttemberg, Grand Duchy of Hesse, Kingdom of Switzerland, Kingdom of Saxony, Austrian Empire. You will also probably be able to form the South and North German Confederation.
Of course, to do all that, you'll need to get past France and all the other German states first.
