Unfortunately I just don't have the troops to be able to make a real contribution in that theatre. I had hoped to coup Yugoslavia & have them join the Allies a week before I launched my main offensive, in order that German forces would be redeploying & out of position when I attacked, but the damn German AI beat me to the diplomatic punch!

Not much is happening out in that neck of the woods. Stalemate appears to reign supreme both between the Japanese and Americans as well as between the Japanese and Chinese. Right now, that situation is fine with me, as I don't need to divert any divisions from the more important German front out to the Pacific.


Just to let everyone know, I'm afraid that the next part likely won't be ready until Friday or Saturday - I'm a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate class, & tomorrow I will receive about 60 exams that need to be marked by Thursday. Hello, all! To be perfectly honest, I am not sure when the next installment will be ready. I just finished a 40-page paper (what a way to spend the holidays ), & starting next week I will be reading 4-5 books a week for my PhD programme. Needless to say, my free time will be at a minimum. All I can promise is that I will do my best. Sorry.

I've just started reading your AAR and it is amazing, too bad about you having to grade all those papers. Keep up the good work on it. I am thinking about doing my first AAR sometime soon, but I can't think of a good nation. I might try US as axis, or one of the Commonwealth minors going axis.....
