And in Stellaris the only thing you'd get from something so awesome and threatening is "System survey complete, anomaly found".Only problem though is that a Quasar is an active galactic core with an actively feeding supermassive black hole.

There was another screenshot where Deneb was where Fexklanslga is in your screenshot. "Now we will set out to search for the stars from whence we- HEY GUYS, WE MADE CONTACT WITH EARTH! TURNS OUT DENEB IS EVEN CLOSER THAN PROXIMA CENTAURI IS! -Well then, wartime."Its safe to assume the Chrysanthemum didn't get very far now did it? Or maybe Deneb is far closer than even our currently three times readjusted measurement says it is eh?

Seriously though i would LOVE for some unique interactions between the two. I mean lets be real for a second, out of all of the starting empires the game gives you the only ones i even remotely give a shit about are the two human ones, because well i am human and therefore i get what the struggles and trials of that are. You could literally take ALL of the other starting race, thrown them out and the game would be none the wiser. (Seriously though can i delete them somehow to prevent them from cluttering my view of stuff i made please PDX?)
Yep. Quite strange that a game like this doesn't hae something like a "historical records" tab, where you can see everything about your empire and its history. It is a Grand Strategy Game after all, even though it's in space. This is the first time I've EVER had pirates spawn inside a system of mine which has a colony in it. Granted, the pirates spawned JUST as the colony established, but the two events are so close to each other that I'm not sure which one actually happened first. Too bad Stellaris doesn't have an event log like most other Paradox games have.

Captain"Argh, we will split the booty equally between us!"People's Navy? Now I'm imagining communist pirates.
This is basically why Libertalia collapsed in Uncharted 4. Anyway, here is a barrage of shots.Captain"Argh, we will split the booty equally between us!"
FM"I dont' believe in property."
C"Surely, yea believe in personal property, even if not private property?"
FM"Well, no. Property is theft. I thought we agreed we would hold all in things in common."
C"...."
FM"...."
C"Ye'arnt going to use my toothbrush U'gluron."
FM"Fine. I don't care about 'your' toothbrush. I just think we should put the money in a collective pot for our community as a whole."
Third person: "Don't we actually contribute to capitalism and the arms industries implicit within them by our constant raiding? Further, we legitimize property by stealing it in the first place."
C: "Oh for F**cks sake."
But why are they starborn? These cockroaches are more willing to go to space than humanity, and that's certainly an accomplishment. The cockroachs have been around since the beginning of stellaris. You can use them to colonize any tombworlds you find.
I know what they are and what they're for, like @SolarGuy said, the strangeness of the screenshot is the Starbound trait. It'd make more sense if they had their own trait called Twinkiebound. This species eats all the food they can find and is never satisfied. It is recommended to isolate them from the other species of our empire. The cockroachs have been around since the beginning of stellaris. You can use them to colonize any tombworlds you find.

They hate you despite their xenophile ethic? How?![]()
Damn space atheists!
They hate you despite their xenophile ethic? How?
They hate you despite their xenophile ethic? How?
I was more referring to the comm-message thereXenophile ethic doesn't offset by all that much, and look at the amount. He's obviously done a lot of bad things to make it that high (or low as it were, as it's negative numbers).
Looks like purging to me...They hate you despite their xenophile ethic? How?
I'm actually playing a Fanatic Xenophile / Spiritualist empire. The negative opinion is because of threat.Looks like purging to me...
I've had this comm message so many times. It implies that they're playing a Spiritualist - xenophobe/collectivist, and they don't like him.
