You guys want a strange screenshot? What makes it strange is that everything is working properly. As in, Mars no longer has a pentagonal anus.
They are supposed to spawn, yes, they just do so rarely. I've had the Chinorr a couple times already, saw the Scyldarians once, saw the Tzynn Empire once, maybe twice, I MAY have met or saw the Jehetma empire once, haven't met any of the others, don't think I have....
Yeah, I was testing my mod and needed to contact all aliens to find out if it worked. It did, because apparently I botched the coding the first time and the UN would never spawn. Now all's good, the UNE will use the proper flag. Why Paradox changed it to the stary one, I will never know.
When playing as the COM, when you encounter the UNE they don't use the "Earth" emblem, instead they use the starry one. No idea why they decided to do that.

Not really strange, but rather amusing screenshot. Looks like Phaeton actually existed, and even had life on it.

Just thought this was interesting from a lore standpoint. Given that the Cybrex were around 600,000 years ago, this civ would have been in the paleolithic, so, apparently they ignored the stone age civ.
