In celebration of the release of Co-op, my other two friends who play Stellaris and I have decided to do something wacky. The three of us are going to co-op the same empire, but we divided up the empire creation process amongst ourselves (for fairness, government/ethics, origin, and traits were split between us, since they have the biggest impact). We each made our choices without input from the other two. For the name, we each picked a word one after the other. For the game, we will each be responsible for one major aspect of the empire (economy/development, research/exploration, military/diplomacy) without interference from the other two. We will also be picking tradition trees/ascension perks in turn order. We will each be picking a council slot that represents our "character," which is how we determined who controls what aspect of the empire.
We call this "The Plan." The problem is, none of us know what the other two's plan actually is. It will be hilarious chaos. Now we just have to wait for this Sunday when we all have overlapping free time.
