Simple: this pop not joined to any faction at all, it's just a xenophilic pop.Is this a bug?
A xenophile pop has only 55% happiness (50% base + 5% from Gaia World) despite xenophile faction having 71% happiness from fulfilled issues.
Also, it claims it only has 1 member, despite my "empire" having 3 pops that are xenophilic.
Hmm, am I like right on the cusp of being labeled superior to these guys, or is there something I'm not understanding. It's a little frustrating because demand vassalization requires you to be considered superior to them at least.
R5: Empire is considered "Equivalent" Even when being inferior in every category.

37 systems that can only be accessed by one and only one system. I still don't know what I'm going to do with this, since I'm already struggling because of excessive expansion, but damn. Maybe there's a wormhole or a gateway down there, but if not, I'm confident I can get this empty space go like this until 2400 or so just by putting a huge Citadel on the access point...
And my Fanatic Spiritualist empire is de facto the only Empire between the Fanatic Materialist empire and the rest of the galaxy. Can't wait for them awakening.
