Meanwhile the Russian Front appears to be developing into a Swedish-Turkish race for Moscow.

Too bad it's a couple of hundred years too late!

I've heard tanks are particularly good at attacking cities right across rivers.

Assuming 1/3 of these vehicles are tanks, that's a whopping 1.5k I've got facing me. They probably could have just drowned them in the river to form the most solid bridge ever.

After an entire German Panzarmee frog marched my space marines across Denmark back into Sweden in 1939, they attacked non-stop across the straits from Copenhagen. Didn't start attacking with infantry until their tank divisions were pretty much destroyed. I rarely saw a panzer division the rest of the war.

Interesting. This might be from one of the mods I'm using.

If you successfully assassinate Chiang Kai-shek as Zhang Lan Communist China, the KMT turns into the CC Clique. However, they're led by a generic guy instead of Chen Lifu.

I have witnessed poor performances by the Allies but this... France capitulated before Poland. SAD!

On the plus side it's November 1939, Poland and Benelux have fallen and no Vichy yet. Maybe some trigger shorted out by the early surrender.

This was a while ago and I made it into a meme already, but Hitler and Mussolini were so cute in this one game of mine

I can't fault them for trying to grab some Italian technology before that war.

I never can seem to draw a simple frontline...

At least Ivan capitulated at the end of the month.
