Again, quitting and restarting did nothing to change this attitude toward me. I think he finally got a new leader that reset him? (I eventually diplo-vassalized him and used reconquest on Sweden for his cores).

Ah. You're right, my bad. I'm not american, so not 100% familiar with US geography. It is however just outside the Washington D.C. border, if not just about going into it. Comparatively the eu4 province looks like it crosses into the area of D.C., a city part called PalisadesI thought present day Washington DC was located in the Conoy province? At least I thought so all this time.
