That's the Mamluks in Anatolia... Apparently they're eating the Ottomans, instead of the other way around. Also, Karaman, Trebizond, Theodoro, and Byzantium are all alive and independent as of 1580. (Since then Byzantium got eaten by Venice and Hungary and Theodoro became Poland's vassal.)

I believe Italian minors will still leave the HRE. Once Milan isn't in HRE. France will want those low countries so badly they may go to war against Milan. Once that happens just seize Milan's Italian land.

I find it most curious that by having a single Regent be Silesian, I basically have ended the whole of German culture Habsburg emperors and in mere 2 years since my regency started it seems the Regent Maria Theresia managed to make the whole court of Vienna turn Silesian as well.
