Because Kiche used to be the dominant power. Then Kiche shrank a little due to the reforms, i assume. And Tlaxcala and Kiche each owned one half of Mexico. Kiche in the south and Tlaxcala in the north.
Ming declared on them. But have been losing because AI can't figure out naval warfare.
Ming is colonizing (!) I suppose - that seems to be Ming Mexico - check out religions map - Confucian in NA?

Probably. Things got really messy in Europe when I spawned colonialism in my capital. Also seems like colonial range was really bad for euros - except GB there was no major colonizers for looong time.

My another take on Korea>Exploration with RNW. Now preparing to take on mandate - main target of campaign.
Ottomans have some struggles with their economy... A few years later their debt was more dan 20000. Btw they are very strong, they have occupied complete Russia, and have already launched a few wars on Austria.
