Kind of like what Andorra was/is. Andorra is a co-principality headed by the Bishop of Urgell in Spain and the President of France. In EUIV terms, it would therefore be a vassal of both Spain and France. (sort of)

For some reason Albania is still alive in this run. After checking I see they have a godlike dynasty

(Albania's dynasty is Ibrahimovic, sadly no Zlatan)

On that same run the Palatinate got early emperorship and as a result all of the BI went to them. Also, AI Lithuania is going for uncommonwealth.

No achievements because mods.

Thank you for mentioning this, I thought it might be an oversight from the mod, but nope it's in Paradox's decision as well, there's an ai = no line.

I removed that and now they've formed Italy =P
