Playing a random map mode campaign. The Breton nation of Armor had been a notable power in northern France but had a series of set backs that meant it's colony in the new world was able to break free to form Colombia.
In the diplo screen you might notice something, Colombia has colonies!
The first being New Coloumbia in North America
A fairly ordinary name right? Well not so for its other colony.
Behold the colonial nation of Colombian Columbia.... which is not in Columbia!

The areas circled in red used to be Canada.
Only not THAT Canada. The Canada you see there spawned the exact moment the USA annexed Canada allowing Armorian Canada to form Canada gaining all core and claims the recently deceased Canada had.

P.S. Jugjur is the name of the mountain range, not a particular village where that map says it is. Jugjur is, in fact, one of the only provinces in the game which is a third-tier administrative division, that is, a province within a province within a province. Population: 2,292. Not that far from being a colony by EUIV standards.

Ah, I see, and they are "normally" called Dzhugdzhur Mountains, that´s why it didn´t show up with its wiki page in the google search.
I´m not so sure about the other adjective describing my explorers either, considering that the TF2 Heavy allegedly lives there.

That Edict decision really is crap, because of it we miss opportunities to see interesting alt-history scenarios with a Calvinist France.

France is hard coded so they can not get the religious turmoil disaster. I am pretty sure that they are the only country that can't get it.

They have their own religious disaster - the french wars of religion - iirc.
Imploded Ottomans, Teutonic Order in Kola, Lithuania collasping and Smolensk winning Russia, Eastern Africa collasping giving way for Semien and Harar, Castille forced to release Leon, Mamluks being forced to release Syria

You missed civil war in China though, the Timurid collapse, Yemen owning the Arabian Peninsula. As for England, it released Wales, but is fine otherwise... Oh, and you might not be able to see it... but.... Hungary is occupied by a freaking TRANSYLVANIA, and Poland is owned by KRAKOW O_O

Timurids and Ming are known to collaspe by moving your screen over them so ....
